A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, and Linux

Project for my 'AI For Games' university module. Showcases an A* pathfinding algorithm for enemy movement. (All sprites drawn by me)

Controls

  • WASD: Move
  • E: Attack
  • Esc: Close game

Goblin enemy will use pathfinding to reach the player around the obstacles when the enemy sees the player. Goblin stops searching for player when they're within firing range or haven't seen the player in some time.

Move into the large doors to enter other rooms.

Rats also move around and will run away from the player into the mouse holes in the walls.

Install instructions

Unzip 'AiForGamesProject.7z' and click on 'Ai For Games Project.exe' to run
